Predicting the heart failure course is an urgent task of modern medical science. Given the increasing prevalence of the disease with age, it is necessary to consider the presence of co-morbid pathology. To investigated the interaction of b-adrenoreceptions system gene polymorphisms with nontoxic goiter and heart failure course. The study included 285 patients with heart failure. Of these, 158 (55.42%) patients had comorbid pathology - non-toxic goiter. Genotyping was performed for 4 polymorphisms (Gly389Arg of the ад1-adrenergic receptor gene, Ser49Gly of the b1-adrenergic receptor gene, Gln27Glu of the b2-adrenergic receptor gene and Ser275 of the b3-subunit of G-protein gene) using the polymerase chain reaction. Genetic and epidemiological analysis was carried out using the SNPStats program. It was established that congenital genetic differences in the pathways of b-adrenoreception can be associated with the development of non-toxic goiter and the distant course of heart failure.
