The standard approach to the organization of patient care is not always effective. The biotransformation of drugs and their reception have individual characteristics. They are linked to the gene polymorphism. Personalized medicine and, in particular, clinical pharmacogenetics, is a promising direction, which is just beginning to be realized in practice.
